Pam Anderson has been involved in the field of alternative dispute resolution since June of 1996 and has been a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 1998.


Mediation Experience

Pam began her mediation career in 1996 doing academic research on topics in Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.) for the chair of the Political Science department at Kennesaw State University.

In 1998, Pamela completed the A.D.R. Certificate Program at Kennesaw State University, designing a peer mediation program.

The same year she began to mediate at the Cobb County Magistrate Court, handling small claims and criminal cases.

Pam has also participated in peer mediation training with Cobb County elementary schools.

Pam is currently mediating workplace, divorce, civil, criminal, juvenile, and deprivation cases in several metro Atlanta counties. In addition, Pam mediates special education cases for the Department of Education.

Pam has mentored new mediators in several programs around Atlanta.

She has also coached mediators in training programs with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, Divorce Institute Training, Inc. and Resolution Resources Inc.

In the fall of 2002, Pam began her own training program covering the following topics: diversity, improving communication, conflict skills, general/civil and juvenile mediation.

In October 2001, Pam founded Resolve To Solve, Inc., a conflict resolution service company. Since then Pam has handled hundreds of mediation cases and has also completed the required training to arbitrate.
