Resolve To Solve, Inc. is a mediation service company founded in 2001 for the purpose of providing assistance in resolving conflict.
Pam Anderson, President of Resolve To Solve, Inc. had been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution from an academic perspective since 1996. She became a registered mediator with the state of Georgia in April of 1998. She has mediated over fifteen hundred cases and is also a state approved mediation trainer.
Mediators with Resolve To Solve, Inc. use a facilitative, interest-based approach.
They do not impose their views or make decisions for the parties. Rather, they assist the parties in creating options that meet the needs and desires of both sides. When appropriate, visual aids are used in preparing discussions and illustrating possible solutions.
Our goal is that the parties find a mutually satisfying resolution.
Our pool of mediators is diverse. Differences in make-up, training and areas of expertise allow you to choose the person best suited to mediate your case. All our mediators are registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and all use a facilitative style.
